1. Conditions for return and exchange
Customers need to check the status of goods and can change / return goods right at the time of delivery / receipt of goods in the following cases:
- Goods are not in the right category as on the website at the time of ordering.
- Not enough quantity, not enough as in the order.
- External conditions are affected such as torn packaging, peeling, broken...
Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return / exchange of goods.
2. Regulations on the time of notification and return products exchange
- Time for notification of return and exchange : within 48 hours from receipt of the product in case the product lacks accessories, gifts or broken tanks.
- Time to return products : within 14 days after receiving the product.
- Where to return products : Customers can bring the product directly to our office / store or mail.
