Refund policy

1. Conditions for return and exchange

Customers should check the status of goods at the time of delivery / receipt of goods.  Goods can be exchanged in the following cases:

  • Goods are not in the correct quantity, design, or categories, as on the website at the time of ordering.
  • Missing items.
  • External conditions such as torn packaging, peeling, broken...

Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents to complete the return / exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on the time of notification and return products exchange

  • Notification period of return and exchange : within 48 hours from receipt of the product.
  • Return timeline : within 14 days after receiving notification from customer.
  • Where to return products : Customers can bring the product directly to our office / store.
