
The fruit for this Cab Merlot was crushed into stainless steel fermenters and infused with selected yeasts to maximise fruit flavour and varietal expression. The resultant drink showcases a vibrant crimson colour with purple hues.
A swirl releases fruit aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and licorice enhanced by the subtle hint of vanillin oak. Integrated with soft and supple tannin, the well-weighted palate offers fruit flavours of plum and cassis balanced by a sweet oak finish.
